Saltwater Fish Compatibility Checker - Reeforia

Reeforia is a free saltwater aquarium compatibility tool that helps reef hobbyists check if their fish, corals, anemones, and invertebrates will get along before adding them to their tank. Build your virtual reef tank and instantly see compatibility scores for every species combination.

How It Works

Simply add livestock to your virtual tank and Reeforia will analyze compatibility against every other species. Each pairing is rated from "Great Match" to "Not Compatible" with detailed notes explaining why, such as territorial aggression, chemical warfare between corals, or predator-prey relationships.

Can you keep clownfish with tangs? Are triggerfish reef safe? Will a flame angelfish nip at corals? Can you keep multiple clownfish species together? Is a foxface rabbitfish compatible with SPS corals? Will a carpet anemone eat my fish? Reeforia answers all of these and hundreds more.

Compatibility ratings are general guidelines based on typical species behavior. Individual fish temperament, tank size, order of introduction, and rockwork layout can significantly affect outcomes. Always research specific pairings and consult experienced reefers before adding new livestock.
